Pretend City w/Ethan
On this cozy Saturday afternoon, Amy & I got to hang out with Ethan & his mom @ the Pretend City in Irvine. Although not being his usual self and still recovering from fever; this little boy was full of energy and could give you a handful. And most important, we all had a lot of fun and definitely looking forward to the next hang out. =)

Tonight’s Menu.
Camellia: Silver needle white tea vodka, bergamot, seville & valencia orange, bitters
Toorima’s cocktail choice of the night! Though the glass was not close to me, I could smell the aroma of his drink!
Very nice! & according to him towards the bottom of the glass, is a very strong taste of tea.
Adventurous Saturday
It was such an adventurous Saturday we had over the weekend. Wifey and I went to 3 different eateries that we have never been to before. Keep reading only if you want to know how our adventure went.
The day started off with a Japanese katsu lunch combo @ Yoko, Amy found this place earlier this week when we were looking for some good restaurants nearby our place.
Yoko is owned by Korean and the restaurant is kept very clean and tidy.
You can find art pieces decorating all over the restaurant.
Amy anxiously waiting for the food. =P
Ajito Japanese Grill & Yakitori
This is an restaurant to avoid and so I’m not going to cover much about it. They simply put salt (a lot of salt) on most of their yakitori items and make everything so salty. I guess their chefs never had any real Izakaya meals before.
